A message to our clients regarding the current COVID-19 crisis
We will continue to deliver all our services to the high standards we know you expect of us. We are all working from home, staying indoors and trying to keep safe and well. With the absence of any travelling, we actually have greater capacity across the team than normal, so please feel free to get in touch if you feel we can help you with any recruitment issues at this uncertain and difficult time.
Not everyone will be in a position to do this, but for franchisors working like crazy to support their franchisees right now, this might be a good time to start recruiting for an extra pair of hands - there are a lot of experienced franchise professionals out there right now sadly without a job.
Equally, for those franchise professionals who have not been able to keep their current role, while we can’t make any promises regarding vacancies right now, we can register you and help with getting your CV into great shape (some of you probably haven’t had to update yours for years) and make sure we are in the strongest position to get you infront of the brands you want to work with before they make their next vacancies public.
For those of you actually looking for a franchise to invest in, this is still a great time to talk to us about what you are looking for – joining a franchise takes research, planning, funding and soul-searching and all of that takes time, which is the one thing you might have more of than usual right now.
