London & Field Based £65k - 75k + commission
Bringing the laid back and vibrant 'island style' to Central London, we're a Hawaiian grab-and-go restaurant serving an interactive offering of poké (a deconstructed sushi if you didn't know!). We have 8 sites across Central London with our first international site recently opening in France but this is just the beginning - we’re set to expand considerably! A dynamic and experienced franchise professional whose principal role will be to recruit a high calibre of UK and International multi-site franchisees into our franchise family, in line with an agreed franchisee recruitment target. To oversee and maintain relationships with existing franchise partners. You’ll be responsible for leading and managing the new franchisee recruitment and selection process from the point of generating enquiries to signing the franchise agreement.
Annual salary - £65-75K depending on experience
5% Commission on franchise fees

Working hours – 46 as required
Place of work – mainly field based however a work station at Head Office will also be provided
Holiday allowance 25 days + bank holidays
Statutory Pension Contribution 3%
