Franchise Director |  QSR Restaurant Brand

London & Field Based

£65k - 75k + commission

Bringing the laid back and vibrant 'island style' to Central London, we're a Hawaiian grab-and-go restaurant serving an interactive offering of poké (a deconstructed sushi if you didn't know!). 


We have 8 sites across Central London with our first international site recently opening in France but this is just the beginning - we’re set to expand considerably! 

A dynamic and experienced franchise professional whose principal role will be to recruit a high calibre of UK and International multi-site franchisees into our franchise family, in line with an agreed franchisee recruitment target. To oversee and maintain relationships with existing franchise partners.


You’ll be responsible for leading and managing the new franchisee recruitment and selection process from the point of generating enquiries to signing the franchise agreement.


  • Annual salary - £65-75K depending on experience

  • 5% Commission on franchise fees

  • Company mobile

  • Mileage allowance

  • Working hours – 46 as required

  • Place of work – mainly field based however a work station at Head Office will also be provided

  • Holiday allowance 25 days + bank holidays

Franchise Co-ordinator  |  International Restaurant Brand


£24 - 28k + sales based commission

Based in London, you will be responsible for coordinating this fast paced global brand’s UK and International franchisee recruitment processes. You need to be outgoing and energetic with no fear of picking up the phone and leading a conversation with people from a wide variety of backgrounds. You’ll need to be a whiz on Mailchimp and confident enough to take ownership of our recruitment database. You’ll be gathering a lot of information, assessing it, storing it properly, then responding to requests and communicating with prospects via email campaigns that you will be designing and managing.


Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Following up leads with calls/texts/automated emails/emails to prospects

  • Making appointments for Recruitment Managers

  • Managing email campaigns and recruitment portal listings

  • Liaising with our legal dept on the necessary paperwork & contracts to send out

  • Working with our accounts dept to create invoices to send out and follow up

  • Co-ordinating diaries for the Franchise Team


We’ll keep you on your toes, but this will be an exciting role for the right person to make their own!

Chief Operations Officer  |  International QSR Food Brand

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

This is a very fast paced and exciting QSR brand, and you will be reporting directly to the Saudi Master Franchisee. In this demanding role, you will be overseeing an ambitious roll out of 70 new outlets throughout Saudi Arabia during the next 10 years.


With more than 60 locations already open around the world, you will be able to make your mark on this fast growing franchise network with your first branch already underway in Riyadh, followed by another four branches before the end of 2020.

You must be capable of building a solid corporation which runs its own stores and sub franchises efficiently, as it is expected you will step into the role of CEO once you have proven yourself in the early stages of growth.

Key COO Responsibilities

  • Complete responsibility for the successful opening of the first branch

  • Manage all suppliers to ensure the completion of the branch’s fit out and equipment requirements

  • Ensure each branch is in line with all the Franchisor’s and municipality’s requirements

  • Liaise with the Government/ Statutory Authorities to procure the necessary licences and documentations

  • Handling logistics, as some of the food items have to be ordered from abroad and stored and transported locally

  • Building strong operating team to guarantee an excellent brand debut

  • Managing overall costs including food items, utility, rent and manpower

  • Managing production planning, forecasting, purchasing and stock control

  • Working with the appropriate marketing channels to develop strategies and promotion plans to successfully market the brand across the country

  • Maintain and improve the overall performance of the restaurant on a regular basis including cost analysis and monitoring of processes

  • Preparing P&L and all relevant profitability reports

  • Building a solid corporate structure consisting of a COO, CFO, CMO who will eventually report to you as CEO
