Our client urgently requires Franchise Operations Manager to cover London. 

The key purpose of this role is to support new and existing franchise partners to grow their businesses by helping them to develop and implement viable strategies to strengthen their business.

You will be in control of your restaurant and be expected to deliver revenue and profits by developing your team to provide exceptional guest care and service. Controlling costs, brand standards, outstanding food, team building, and providing a unique guest experience will all impact your success.

 

Here is what you need:

  • Operationally focused on implementing brand standards and policies
